Moves is an independent specialist in marketing recruitment, set up in 1995 it is owned and run by its two directors, Betsy Black and Dee Farrell who bring years of client and agency side experience as well as a combined twenty plus years in recruitment.
We look to build relationships with both candidates and clients in order to get the best possible outcome, so you'll find us accessible, available and genuinely interested in your job search.
Betsy Black
Betsy comes from a sales and marketing background in FMCG and Promotions before moving in to the role of Business Development Director at Moves.
She loves working in recruitment because; "it's great to be the bearer of good news when you get to tell a candidate they've got the job they've worked so hard to get".
Dee Farrell
Dee worked in PR, Promotions and Marketing before working in agency account management. She joined Moves in 1997, becoming a director one year later.
She loves working in recruitment because; "recruiting can be a very creative and rewarding process, and if you really like people then it's great to be a helping hand in their job search".
